This means you will receive every poem daily during September. It also makes it easy if you want to share a poem with a friend, relative or colleague.

I’ve written these poems over the past year as my way of processing the impact of having Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) which is a rare blood cancer. Collectively, it’s a small anthology. There’s a real mix of styles as I’m still learning and finding my poet’s pen! So be patient - if the first few don’t appeal, others later on might. Some are funny, some are serious, some are reflective, some are just sad. You have been warned!

Thank you for “doing your bit” to help me raise awareness of Blood Cancer Awareness Month which happens every September.
